Meet David Towill

David is a partner with the firm and primarily practices in the areas of commercial transactions, trusts/estates and real estate matters. David was educated at the University of British Columbia where he completed both a Bachelor of Arts and his Law degree.

Prior to relocating to Kelowna in 2004, David had practiced for over 10 years with a large commercial law firm in Vancouver. During those years, he gained experience on complex corporate transactions and commercial litigation. He was also appointed an Arbitrator by the Province of British Columbia and worked as a certified mediator.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, David is a passionate entrepreneur having been involved with the start up  and operations of several successful business ventures.  He currently sits as Chairman of the Board for an energy company based out of Calgary as well as serving on the Board for a public company in Toronto.

David is a husband and father who enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all the benefits of the Okanagan. When he is away from work, David is an avid hockey player and competes in amateur golf tournaments throughout the Province.  He enjoys volunteering with with Kelowna Minor Hockey where he has been a head coach for the past 12 years.
